Accommodation costs and other living expenses are the responsibility of the participants, and sponsoring organizations are expected to use their delegates. What we promise you is to help with  arrangements and to facilitate and make your stay as comfortable and memorable as practically possible throughout the programmes.

We are associated with reputable hotels and guests houses to provide good accommodation at competitive rates. We also maintain and make available to participants furnished full board or self-catering apartments at affordable rates.
